Heidi’s right hand and left hand have always been her two daughters, Tatiana and Erika. From behind the scenes planning, to onsite execution, and more recently keeping up with the latest technologies, they are invaluable assets to the team.

Monti

Monti is Fork, Corks & Kegs’ office assistant and spiritual advisor.

His support and advice is always welcome. His palate is quite discerning, although a bit too picky at times.

The rest of the team continues to develop and expand. A collection of chefs, wine experts, farmers, restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries, bed and breakfasts, inns as well as historical and unique venues are joining forces to create the best experiences we can possibly provide for you.
